An Owl & Goose smoothie is a delicious blend of organic leafy greens, a hint of fruit and fresh lemon and ginger. It is a satisfying, nutrient dense and fibre filled beverage that can be enjoyed by all.

How can I get your drinks for my coffee shop or yoga studio?

Adding our product to your shop or studio is simple. Contact us and we will work with you to find the order level that works best. Worried about waste? For the first few weeks we will adjust orders and take back what doesn’t sell to find the perfect level of product for you.

How long do Owl & Goose drinks keep?

We make our green smoothies, orange juice and apple juice daily Monday to Friday. While fresh is always best, unopened smoothies last 4 days in the fridge, and unopened orange juice and apple juice last 6 days in the fridge.

When should I drink my smoothie?

Some people have their smoothie first thing in the morning, and others prefer having them in the late afternoon as an energy pick-me-up or a post workout/yoga class stabilizer. Whenever and wherever, drinking our green smoothies helps to curb cravings and boost your energy.

Why do you use such ugly oranges on your website?

At Owl & Goose, we want to let our customers know what goes into each bottle of orange juice. We could have used good-looking oranges splashed across our site, but the truth is, juicing oranges are not the picture-perfect oranges you see. Great tasting orange juice is not made from the flawless, perfect oranges you typically buy on grocery store shelves. Instead, it is squeezed from these ‘ugly’ oranges. Fresh, pure & sweet! Pick up a bottle of Owl & Goose Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice and be your own judge!

Where do Owl & Goose ingredients originate?

At Owl & Goose we do our very best to buy locally. For example we buy amazing Ontario kale directly from the farmer while the season permits and we use delicious Ontario apples as long as we can. When the season does not permit us to buy locally we shop at the Ontario Food Terminal and source the very finest and freshest ingredients from around the world.

How do I start selling Owl & Goose drinks at my retail location?

Adding our products to your shop, cafe or studio is simple. Contact us and we will fill you in on all the details you’ll need to start selling our drinks. Our green smoothie, apple juice and orange juice come in two sizes, 250ml (small) and 500ml (large). Most locations sell both sizes but you can decide what you think will work best for your location. As you bring the product in, we will work alongside you to find the order amounts and delivery days that best fit. Worried about waste? For the first few weeks we will adjust orders and take back what doesn’t sell to find the perfect level of product for you.

How long do Owl & Goose drinks keep?

What is the minimum order?

We try not to be too strict about minimum orders as we find this to be dependent on the situation. With that being said, we usually ask for a $30 minimum. If you have any concerns about minimum orders, please email orders@blue-sandbox.com or elaine@blue-sandbox.com

When is the cut off for orders or order changes?

We ask that you please have your orders and order adjustments in by 5pm the day before delivery. This way we can guarantee that you will have your delivery and your changes will be in place.

Why choose smoothies over cold press juices?

We love blended smoothies and cold press juices. They are both fantastic, nutrient dense foods that benefit those who drink them. They each have their place. We happen to favour blended green smoothies because we believe that fibre is such an important part of the diet. Cold pressed juices separate the fibre and provide a quick boost of nutrients. Blended smoothies on the other hand, provide a boost of nutrients as well as a great dose of fibre. The fibre will help to improve digestion, keep your system in motion and keep you fuller, longer.

What are the payment options for Owl & Goose drink orders?

We accept cheques, e-transfers and credit card payments.

Why do the smoothie levels vary or drop?

We keep our process as natural as possible, which means zero additives or adjustments of any sort. As our ingredients change with the seasons, so does the blend. Sometimes blending can produce higher amounts of foam, making your smoothie lighter in consistency. When the foam settles, the smoothie level will drop. This does not mean that you are getting less, it is simply the natural process.

Our kitchen is designed to give you a pure, fresh product and even though we have protocols in place to give you the same smoothie every time, nature does not work that way. We want our smoothies to be as close to the source as possible which means we are dedicated to freshness and purity. All natural, all the time.
